Elegant Living Room
A modern house in the suburbs of Hazmieh required our touch to turn its space into the dream home our client deserved. This project looked simple as it involved an already elegant living room and dining room area. However, as always is the case, the devil was in the details. The open space connected the two areas contained a marbled covered TV unit and wooden veneers which needed to be matched by the furniture pieces chosen.
High quality fabrics, curtains, tabletops, and veneers turned an elegant space into the dream home that its owners required.
For this project, we collaborated with the talented Abir Fanous from the Fanous Architects agency. This gave our adventure a unique touch and perspective. As here at Spot Design, we cherish such associations that provide us with the opportunity to interact with different creative minds and provide our client with even bigger prospects and options.

Living Room
In order to covey the cozy and elegant atmosphere of the living room, we used Nubuck fabric for the couches and armchairs. This high-end fabric was used by our craftsmen to help Mrs. Fanous bring out the ambience of the space in a way that related to the owners. Two of the couches were dressed with a light grey colored fabric while the third was dressed in white. Subsequently, this harmonized well with the colors and ambience of the interior.
Curtains
Secondly, it was important to connect the open area that houses the living room and dining room together. Thus, we covered the windows with velvet fabric curtains that provided a luxury. This added to the space a much needed touch that intermingled the items together into one picture-perfect masterpiece.
Dining Room
As for the dining table, the intricacies of the design lay in the details. The chairs got dressed with quilted backs and a white marbles top was introduced to the dining table which matched the chairs’ cushions. Subsequently, the white color combined with the white couch to create harmony in space
Harmony in Space
Lastly, few elegant touches brought the entire interior together. We introduced marble-topped side tables to the living room which mingled with the marbled dining table. In addition, we used walnut veneer in the furniture to match the wall décor already in place. This guaranteed a harmony of aesthetics that brought the whole space together. Ultimately for the family living here, it turned this place into one they would love to call home.
